Mica Mountain High School PTO Fall Vendor Fair is designed for families of Mica Mountain and our Community to connect with each other, build relationships, and make contact in a fun and uniquely designed setting. It is open to school families and surrounding community members who have a business that they wish to showcase. The Vendor Fair will benefit our students, staff, and community.
This year will be hosting an indoor craft fair on Saturday, Sep 12, 2026 from 9am-3 pm. There is limited space inside the building.
The Fall Vendor Fair will be held at Mica Mountain High School, located at 10800 E Valencia Rd, Tucson AZ, 85747.
GENERAL:
~ Each booth space is a nonrefundable $40.00. The deadline for applications and payment is August 28th, 2026
~ Booth size will be approximately 10’ x 10’.
~ This is a family event; all vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Any vendor whose conduct or products are deemed inappropriate will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and forfeit all payments.
~Vendors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All youth groups, sports teams, and youth-based vendors will be required to have an adult present. This also includes school clubs that are fundraising, a club sponsor or assigned adult must be present the entire time of the event.
~Tables, electricity, electrical cords, signs, table coverings, etc. are ALL the responsibility of the vendor/seller/organization. Table(s) cannot be larger than 6’ in length. The PTO will not provide these. Please plan accordingly.
~Participants cannot impair others’ booth space (i.e., sign or display blockage).
~Vendors may not sell or give away any type of alcoholic beverages, vaping products, tobacco products, CBD products, or hemp products.
~We reserve the right to deny applications based on space, appropriateness, duplication, and/or conflict of interest. Booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will assign locations at our discretion (and based on the individual needs if we feel we can accommodate them).
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
~ There will be NO refunds. The only refund will be if your application is NOT approved.
